Day-By-Day Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival day — camp orientation, gear check, and afternoon walk to the primary bait station.

Day 2
First full sit. Morning and evening stands over primary baits in the north timber block.

Day 3
Rotate stands based on wind direction and overnight bait activity. Color-phase glass from access roads.

Day 4
Pressure-free recovery day if you connected. Otherwise full-day morning and evening sits.

Day 5
Aggressive push — guide adjusts bait timing for peak evening activity windows.

Day 6
Final morning sit, cape and meat care on harvest, afternoon departure.
Gear & Equipment Checklist
- Centerfire rifle .30-06 or larger, or a tuned archery setup with broadheads
- Quality rain gear — spring and fall weather in bear country is unpredictable
- Insulated waterproof boots rated to 0°F
- Binoculars 8x42 or 10x42
- Scent-eliminating clothing and field spray
- Headlamp with red-light mode for pre-dawn stand access
- Valid bear tag and government-issued ID
- Sleeping bag rated to 20°F
